1. Due to the Intimate Nature of Our Products
For hygiene and safety reasons: Bras may be returned only if unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Panties and bodysuits are final sale unless defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days at info@endowdintimates.com. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.

3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective.

4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size adjustments within 30 days if the item meets return requirements.

5. Final Sale Items
Clearance items, gift cards, worn or washed items, and panties (for hygiene reasons) are final sale.
